American pop star Lizzo has stated that the allegations made by her three former hops, including claims of sexual importunity and creating a hostile work terrain, are “ false. ” She described the formerly numerous days as “ challenging and overwhelmingly discouraging. ”
While she generally chooses not to respond to false allegations, she acknowledges that they are so distressing that they can’t be ignored. The case also involves allegations of religious and ethical importunity and claims of discriminational treatment, assault, and false imprisonment.
Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez are the former hop who has filed an action against Lizzo, her dance captain, and her product company, Big Grrrl Big Traveling( BGBT).
The legal action, filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday, includes allegations that between 2021 and 2023, pressure was applied on Hop to partake in sexually suggestive performances and engage in exchanges with Hop. One of the petitioners, whose real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson, alleges that she applied pressure on her guts in an Amsterdam café and was ultimately considered “ trouble ” for defying the advances.
Lizzo’s team has said it could “ damage the future of her career ” if she did not act up. Lizzo, known for celebrating her body and tone love, is also criminated, along with her choreographer Tanisha Scott, of body-smirching a plus-size model during a stint.
